The Southwest Ghostriders are a group based in Southern California and was founded in September of 2001.

This group was formed to continue the Living History of the Old West. In their short time together the Southwest Ghostriders have performed in front of large audiences, including those at the Annual "Gathering of the Gunfighters", held at the Yuma State Territorial Prison in Yuma, AZ., the Old Tucson Studios Event,  Barstow's Mohave Trail Days held each Spring, as well as various events held within San Diego and Riverside Counties and Tombstone, AZ.

This group prides itself on doing true to life Old West Reenactments portraying the life and struggles of people living in the late 1800's. This group not only uses authentic outfits and weaponry to add to the realism, but is active in keeping alive the traditions of the Old West by performing exciting shows for all who come to see them, as well as performing gun safety demonstrations to further educate the general population.

All in all, this is one group that provides great entertainment for all who watch.
