Attention all Southern California Reenactors:  Save The Date:

Every reenactment club is invited to this Years Reenactment Christmas Party
Dec 5Th , 2009 Saturday 3:00 At St Vinny's In Campo.Over night camping and
rooms are available, this is a great opportunity for all the clubs to get
together , get to know each other and celebrate the holidays

 

Food participation : Each club donates a main dish (let us know the dish )
and each person brings a side dish.

 

 Rental Fees: $5. each person for day use $10. for each person that stays
the night .

 

White elephant gift exchange:To participate brings a gift ($10-$15.)

 

We will have a DJ so it would be great if each club can donate $20-$25. We
will also have a tip jar.

 

Gonna also have a Redneck Christmas song Idol..contest ..dust off your
Christmas carols and share the joy of the Holiday .

 

The theme will be cowboy/ cowgirl.

 

Also everyone is responsible for there own forks, spoons/ plates/ cups and
all your own beverages.

 

We hope that we can get a great turn out.
